Sale Method: The property will be offered in 3 tracts. The tracts will be offered individually, and in combination. Bids on individual tracts and combinations can compete. The property will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sales price.

Terms: A contract for purchase shall be signed at the conclusion of the auction. 10% of purchase price shall be paid on the day of the auction and the balance due on or before January 6, 2006 upon delivery of warranty deed and possession of the premises.
